"The parking was the best park of the stay. So my partner and I showed up around 5pm to check into our room ( we booked this room properly about a month a head of time). "We arrived at approx 1:30pm on Friday. Staff was nice and helpful at check-in. However, lobby was quite grungy and could tell was not in the best shape. Grabbed a luggage carrier and two of the wheels were flat. Got on the elevator and the whole thing shook before we even moved (happened every time it was used).
