"Upon our arrival after booking the room days in advance we were that there were no king size bed rooms available! It had already been paid for!! 6 days!!! The front desk clerk finally put us in a king size suite which for some reason was not showing available? We were there for 6 nights and not once did housekeeping show up! "We arrived at approx 1:30pm on Friday. Staff was nice and helpful at check-in. However, lobby was quite grungy and could tell was not in the best shape. Grabbed a luggage carrier and two of the wheels were flat. Got on the elevator and the whole thing shook before we even moved (happened every time it was used).
