"The staff was very nice and accommodating. The only thing I would like to see is an elevator put in. And maybe a little bit more choice for a breakfast. Waffles was the only thing offered for a hot breakfast.
Other than that, very nice place to stay!"

"We stayed 3 nights in July. The walk-out room was a great choice for us. We were surprised at how quiet the room was. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. The shower was amazing!
The beach was a nice addition, and we used it after returning from the nicer beaches in Higgins Lake State Park. There are plenty of beach lounges and picnic tables for you to use at this Hotel.
The staff was amazing! The Breakfast was sufficient. Toast, waffles, cereal, juice, hard-boiled eggs, etc..
I will definitely keep this Hotel in mind when traveling through this area!"
"This hotel was such an excellent value, we made a detour to stay twice during our trip! The rooms were clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located and felt safe. 10/10, would stay again!"
"Clean room, nice hotel. Good location. Biggest opportunity is the breakfast area. Instant coffee not good. Breakfast had ZERO meat. Only hot food was scrambled eggs."
"For the price this is a very good Hotel. You can tell it is older and worn, but the beds are comfortable the rooms were clean but needed updating. Carpeting was frayed but clean. The breakfast was good. Everything you really needed. The staff was amazing. Very helpful and courteous."
"I stayed at a Baymont in Kalamazoo I was not happy but this one very clean and an excellent location right across the street from Soaring Eagle Casino Waterpark"
"We booked this cabin during a trip to Chippewa to visit family in the area. While the place was small, it was perfect for my husband and I, and our Australian Shepherd. The view from the couch looked directly onto the lake, and the location was easy to find. There was one central AC unit, but it kept the place cool. The house was clean, and contained a coffee maker, little stove/oven, sink, and full fridge. It was an easy walk to the public beach access and the Rooster Salon. It was close to the common fire pits and other common areas, but the other guests kept noise to a minimum at night. We'd definitely stay here again!"
