"I will never stay here again. There were webs on the ceiling. The air conditioner was loud and rattled the whole time. The people on the floor above us were banging things and stomping back and forth. They were loud at midnight and again at 6:30 am. On top of all of this, I killed a bug that was crawling on the floor. I reported this to the guy at the front desk before leaving, and I didn't get even so much as an apology."
"The walls are thin and so are the floors. I think I heard the guy upstairs snoring all night, but it was muted and sounded like my big dog, so it was actually pretty soothing. Rooms are pretty sparse with bare wood floors. You could add washable room size 8x10 rugs and really step it up for not much money. Breakfast buffet was pretty sparse and you could add a few more tables. "
"It was the run of the mill QI. It was obvious that Michigan has legalized recreational cannabis because the hallway smelled skunky. Our room was ok, however the bathroom smelled like someone had vomited Cheetos. The staff came right up and sprayed deodorizer. It really helped, but we went to the store and grabbed some Febreze just in case the smell came back. It didn’t, but I think I caught a whiff of it in the stair well. The shower rod was stripped out of the wall and hanging at a weird angle so the curtain kept sliding to the center. That made for a fun shower experience. The breakfast was standard. No microwave scrambled eggs though, which I can deal with. Only one waffle iron, so there were some lines, but all the guests were kind and considerate. It seemed like the person working the front desk also ran the breakfast. I felt bad for her checking out guests while taking care of other’s breakfast needs. It was a lot. I’d probably stay there again, it’s a fair stay for the price."
"Nice Hotel, I would stay there again. It was a short stay so I didn't use pool area. Room was clean and very nice. Wasn't a huge fan of the bed, older spring matters, but I slept fine and my neighbors were not loud. Thin walls and can hear everything in hallway. My room slightly smelled like smoke but wasn't overwhelming. I didn't get to enjoy the full breakfast that was provided but I was excited to see the grab n go bagels that were individually wrapped. The downside was that I couldn't even eat the bagel as 1/2 of it was hard as a rock while the other was soggy....grossed me out. Otherwise Staff was helpful and very nice."
"My room was spotless. Staff were friendly and efficient on a very busy weekend. The breakfast buffet was ready on time and included foods for a variety of eaters (eggs, sausage, waffle station, yogurt, fruit, cereal). Parking was free, easy, and convenient. Thumbs up all around."
