Location of the hotel was perfect for walking to Ascona and Locarno. Acceptable parking fee thru hotel. Hotel was clean and bright. Breakfast was good and have different variety. Pet friendly. Staff were nice and accomodating.

Holiday stay

This hotel was fantastic! The staff were super helpful and friendly, and they even made sure our furry friend was welcome. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it. The only downside was the parking fee, which was a bit steep, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker. Thanks 😊

The towels are in a very bad conditions, old and with holes. Unacceptable for Marriot level. The room was dirty. The ambience also was very noisy.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und bieten alles, was es für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar etwas ausserhalb, eher in einem Industriegebiet. Dennoch sehr ruhig, gute Park- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man ist zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto rasch in Ascona oder Locarno. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grundsolide ohne grossen Schnickschnack. Es dürfte aber noch ein zwei gesunde Angebote mehr geben. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel.

Es war sauber und Personal war freundlich. Beim Frühstück wirkte das Personal total gestresst , man musste um alles fragen (Besteck , Sachen am Buffett waren leer , musste man alles nachfragen wegen nachfüllen , keine pancakes weil ausgelaufen 😢)

Struttura nuova e pulitissima. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona, senza servizio al tavolo ma c'era tutto. Punti negativi: poca insonorizzazione sia interna che esterna, si sentiva tutto dalla strada, la nostra stanza era esattamente sopra il bar davanti al Migros. La pulizia delle camere avviene tardi nella mattinata e si protrae fino alla metà del pomeriggio. Siamo tornati alle 14 e la nostra stanza non era ancora stata rifatta. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare mezzora nella hall. Diciamo che da un Hilton mi aspetterei un servizio migliore.
