"This is a great little hotel located just outside the city center of Sevilla. While Sevilla doesn’t really have a metro system, it does have buses, though they are somewhat limited. That said, it was very easy and convenient to take an Uber directly from the hotel to the city center. The drive was pleasant, and we were able to enjoy the city and return without any hassle. "Room was we appointed with a very comfortable bed. Staff was outstanding. While there in late January the road was under repair and closed for 2 blocks. Get rid of a car you won't need it as this apt is super close to everything. They have free use of one laundry machine and one dryer from 3-8pm. Nespresso coffee in the room. We had been traveling for 6weeks when we arrived and we were impressed (unit 303 facing rear of building)."

"From the point of check end, the whole experience is super bad. Unfriendly front office team and to the room experience with the electricity cutting off automatically unless there is a movement in the room every few minutes. Calls after calls to Front Deck, issue is not even resolved. Corridor on the floor towards room from lift landing are very dark, as the auto sensor lights does not light up until after more than 30 seconds. The worst hotel I had ever stayed in! "
