"The negative thing: I travel a lot but have never ever seen a hotel where I had to pay sooo much for a bottle of water... They give you coffee but no complimentary Water with it... Found that very awkward but the entire hotel with its location was superb...."

"Excellent room and services. Very clean with modern furnishings and large rooms. Many shops and restaurants in the area. Grocery store two blocks away. Well lit and secure parking. Wi-fi was a bit finicky and was adequate for my stay."

"My three daughters and myself stayed in the king suite. There was plenty of space for the four of us. I’ve stayed at other Embassy Suites, this one is my favorite. Clean environment, comfortable beds, breakfast is always good, and helpful and friendly staff. I also really like the parking garage. My favorite stays are always at the Embassy Suites!"

"Didn't realize it was a house with shared bathroom. Virtual check-in was terrible. could not talk to anyone in person. LAPD pounded on our bedroom door at 4 AM because someone called about a noise complaint. We had been asleep for 5 hours"

"The hotel is beautiful and incredibly unique. The staff genuinely wanted to be helpful and you can tell they love the hotel too. The room was really comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Really cool, old time, glamorous Hollywood vibe. The courtyard is an oasis. Can’t say enough great things. I don’t even like L.A. that much but I’d come back to stay at the Prospect. Special place.."

"It’s close to a lot of spots for hanging out. The only downside is that there’s no elevator. You have to haul your suitcases on flight of stairs. Everything else is good."
