"We had a great trip, the property is beautiful, the pool is great, beach is nice. I think one of the best things was sitting on balcony with a drink and a book listening to the waves crashing. The food on the buffet is good, different items every night. Things that could improve, the amount of table service meals allowed on all inclusive plan, and one of the restaurants only had lasagna as the only entree available, so we canceled our reservation and went to the buffet."

"I had an amazing time here at hotel bannister. The view was amazing, the hotel was clean, and the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast on site was great as were the restaurants. Overall I had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very attentive and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay even though it rained the first two days. I loved getting up early and walking around the island listening to the doves every morning. "

"Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information. My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance."
