The Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites, Los Angeles
My mom and I were very sick during out stay and were actually staying there because we couldn't travel. The staff here was unaccommodating and seemed utterly disinterested in our struggles.

The LINE Hotel
To be honest It would have been best to have someone notify that you need to actual card to check in. Also no one told me we have a credit for the use of the hotel food amenities so what a waste.
