I like having the microwave and mini refrigerator that actually works. It will be helpful to have additional trash cans, soap holder and extra pillows. I did not like the keys needed to be reprogramed not just once . Overall everything was great 👍

Terribly dirty mattress covered with only one small sheet, which does not even cover the mattress completely. Everything is very dirty, I don't even want to go into details. And there is no safety latch on the door.

I have enjoyed staying at Pasadena Lodge. It's a nice area, great service, and clean room. I am glad to be able to stay at a good place close to my work. I'll definitely come stay here again soon!

When I search which good place to staying for I was looking for a good place to stay overnight and found a very nice room with a comfortable bed—it was great! The staff was extremely friendly, and I would definitely return. It was also budget-friendly, making it an ideal choice for an overnight stay. The parking area was amazing as well. Peaceful and quiet for the most part. Not overpriced. Simple. A good place to park for sleep and be out most of the day. Have stayed here twice and would rather stay here than the other overpriced lodgings on East Colorado Blvd. I'll be back.

Basic value price room. Would return.

Basic room. Updated bath. Parking available each time I needed it, even after 10PM. Mgt. doesn’t rent to partiers in my time there. Parking felt safe with trade show goods in car.

No window. Sheets didn't cover the mattress fully. Someone's hair tie and hair were left on the bathroom doorknob. There was no smoke detector, just dangling wires on the ceiling.
No fitted sheet on the King size mattress. My skin was directly exposed to the sketchy looking mattress cover.
This wasn't mine. It was here like this when I checked in.
The fact that there was no window AND no smoke detector made me worried I might not escape if there was a fire.

Fire evacuees

We evacuated from the Eaton fire zone in Altadena, CA, making a reservation as we drove down the hill to Pasadena. With a flood of customers lining up to register, staff were unfailingly kind and attentive, even to those they had to turn away. Rooms were small, clean, well-appointed.
