"We had a wonderful stay on the Queen Mary. All of the staff were awesome. Rooms are exactly what they were when boat docked permanently in Long Beach in 1967. Don’t expect any upgrades, but that is the charm of staying in the hotel. The best part was the entire boat is a museum, everywhere you walked there was an exhibit. The bar was fun to hang out and have cocktails and apps. Breakfast was an option of buffet or order off menu. If you are a history lover, definitely stay the night at the Queen Mary, "

"Didn’t even give us room we bought room service didn’t come to our room once but was at room next door my whole trip so I just went to front desk .. nothing is included even after doing bundle so it’s best to pay separately lots of hidden fees had to pay $400 in order for me to check in "
