Although clean enough, the facility is old and dark, and not in a good neighborhood. The room smelled of cleaning solution which we did not like. We were uncomfortable leaving our car parked there, although it was gated with a sign saying Park at Your Own Risk (which does not instill much confidence). I suppose for the money you probably cannot expect more. Staff was nice though, but the breakfast is not worth eating - muffins/dry cereal. Unfortunately we will not stay here again. Disappointed in Expedia.

NOT WHAT I PAID FOR N WANTED.

I was very disappointed ☹️ because when we arrived they had us in a suite but it was smoking. I’m asmátic so no we could not take the suite . I called you n I wrote the Name down I don’t have it handy . We cancel that booking and made another one . But it was not a suite I was charged more n was given a room with two double beds . Not what I WANTED!! Very DISAPPOINTED!!!

I was traveling with my 70 year old mother. We were not able to sleep at all. The noise level was terrible. Constant yelling, door slamming. we moved to another hotel. I will not stay there again. I’m having a terrible time getting a refund for the 2 nights we did not stay there.

The hotel check-in clerk was great. Breakfast attendant and maid staff did excellent jobs. Facilities were well kept and clean. Neighborhood seemed marginal to ok.

The complimentary breakfast didn't have eggs or yogurt-- basically, no form of protein, unless you got cold cereal with milk. You could BUY yogurt (for twice what it cost in a store). Also, there was no indoor pool, and it was in the 60s when I was there, so I'm not sure why the outdoor pool was open-- maybe just so they could claim they had a pool.
