Staff was very courteous and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Helped me out with the steamer that wasn't working and gave me an iron with the board as a replacement, which was nice. I would definitely stay here again for events because it's super close to the convention. Water in room was free and had a mini fridge which was a plus.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The building was restored to its Art-deco grandeur. The customer service was top notch and the staff looked and acted very professional. The rooms are beautiful and impeccably clean.

Both the hotel and the room were great. Before checking out, I spent over 10 minutes calling the front desk and service desk, but no one ever picked up the phone, and we had to drag ourselves and the four bags. The lady at the front desk did not even apologize when I told her what happened.
