Stayed at the Fairmont Breakers in March 2025 and absolutely loved it. Yes, it was expensive—but everything about the experience felt special. The hotel is stunning, elegant, and very well maintained. The service stood out: everyone was genuinely friendly, accommodating, and attentive. I especially appreciated that staff remembered me, greeted me warmly, and always offered help as I walked through the doors.
There were plenty of comfortable and inviting places to sit and relax throughout the hotel, which gave the whole place a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The gym was on the smaller side, but it was always empty when I went, so it worked out perfectly.
If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be communication. I would have appreciated more clear and proactive information at check-in about restaurant hours, reservation requirements, and events happening at or near the hotel. I had to do my own research to figure out dining options and missed out on the fine dining restaurant because I didn’t realize reservations book up quickly.
That said, it was a wonderful stay overall, and I’m already planning to return in February or March next year. A beautiful property with excellent service—I highly recommend it.
