Beds are comfortable,the stuff was nice. The advertisement was false,restaurant is closed,hot tub also. Musty smell in the room,not worth the price i was paying for the stay.

The property is located in an industrial area next to the Van Nuys airport. There is nothing near the hotel to see or do. The hotel advertises a restaurant and a cafe. Both are currently closed and there is no mention of this anywhere. The hotel is also older, having been built in 1983, so while the property is very clean, it isn't modern at all. The rooms are large and clean, the beds are super comfortable, but the showers are made for short people. I would not recommend this property.

The Hotel itself is outdated, the rooms were big and clean, the pool area was out of date. No restursnt or food option at the hotel was not avalaible.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. They cleaned our room everyday. However, you could hear the planes taking off because the airport is right next door, but it wasn’t often enough to be a bother. There was no microwave, fridge, or coffee in the room. Our biggest complaint was the advertised continental breakfast which was small store-bought pastries and awful coffee and there was no actual restaurant or bar. The listing in Expedia was very misleading.

If you just need a clean room and bed to stay, this hotel is fine. The shower however has no place to put soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. Also, there is no coffee maker in the room and the hotel only serves coffee in the morning until 10:00 a.m. There are no dining options in the hotel but there are vending machines with snacks and drinks. The vending machines take cards only (no cash). Also no ice machines on floors. You have to go down to front desk to get ice. Clean hotel but very inconvenient.

I stayed at the property location for a brief business trip. The room was large and clean. The hotel is nice for the area. The breakfast is coffee and pastries. The coffee was good. I did not use the amenities.

The staff is horrible, the check in was a nightmare with the front desk awful. The front desk confirmed the Hotel is been FALSELY advertising ‘Free Breakfast’ for 3-4 years and there is NO Breakfast to be served. Because they want the business.
