When choosing the room, we picked one that said "sofa bed" so our 12 year old daughter would have somewhere to sleep. It was in fact just a sofa. Our air conditioner started leaking on the floor. A huge puddle. So we went and brought it to the front desks attention. We moved rooms due to the leaking ac unit but was told "sofa bed" just means sofa and none of the rooms have a hideaway sofa bed. So my daughter slept on the couch. Not very accurate descriptions of sleeping arrangements.

The room was really nice and looked like the picture and everything the only little downside was just not having a tv and the employee did say the room had bad signal and that’s the reason the tv was down, but overall I do recommend this hotel and do plan on booking again in the future

I wish the Staff were more friendly. I didn't receive a greeting, welcoming to Day's INN. I had to go to the office twice during my stay because my key card wasn't working. The front desk was left unattended. Had to tap the bell several times. Didn't sleep well do the the very firm mattress and the small pillows. The internet kept going in and out.

The place was being worked on not only that I searched up a pool their pool was shut down their hot tub was not working I had a Jacuzzi room the jacuzzi did not work Hotel told me they would deal with me in the morning and when I went there the gentleman wasn't there still waiting for a call considering I rented the room for a pool hot tub and jacuzzi for me and my husband and could not use any of the above
