"No shower gel"

"Staff was friendly at check in. Went to our room and the toilet wouldn’t flush,went back to the desk to report the problem and he immediately gave us the room next door. Shower curtain has mold spots but everything else was good."

"Room was small but clean, no drawers or closet to use either. The beds are on metal boxes. My daughter’s bed made a bang every time she rolled over. I asked them to look at it but they didn’t. We survived. The breakfast was HORRIBLE! They honestly would be better off not advertising it as there was nothing there but old eggs and sausage both days- it looked like they added some water and just microwaved the days before food. They had a sign for potatoes but never placed any in the spot either...

"A small, nicely run hotel. We had a room with a balcony looking out over the ocean and left our door open at night so we could hear the ocean. Lovely! Room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that because the property is an older one, I could hear my neighbors next door. They had loud kids!!! That said, they were quiet by 11:00 pm. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Oh, and the breakfasts are very limited—cereal, waffles, yogurt, some fruit, bagels, bread, etc.—but okay. I...

So disappointed from the minute I checked in My itinerary said check in was 3:00 pm and when I arrived I was told 4:00 pm then next on to amenities the pool was empty and told it’s been closed for a long time. Now I get to the room which looked and smelled like 1970 ! "Breakfast was ok. there was no coffee the first day we was there so we went to the coffee shop up the street the second day it was ok . Wish there where more options . "I chose the wrong room and was in the BW annex A room king bed. Ref microwave Smelled musty. Was told since I went through a third party they could not changed anything. They told me there were no ocean front or views available. Which was not true Didn’t eat breakfast cause it is in the main building. Not sure if I would stay there again. Could have got something cheaper across the street If you stay there make sure you don’t get stuck in the annex"

"A call to the fire marshal is next on my agenda. No smoke detector in the room (I have photos) no screens on the 2nd floor windows - (definitely a hazard) Not sure how anyone can say this place is up to code. Pretty run down building. They updated the shower in our room (newer - tile) but saved money by reusing their Toilet Paper dispenser from 1980 (full of rust). Just not up to par."
