"Got the studio and it was huge. Very nice. Full kitchen so if you're needing a place for a few days. They do charge for parking $36 a night which I don't like because I'm already paying to stay there. Staff was very nice. Pool is not heated but the room is. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Target right behind the hotel. Outdoor mall with tons of food options. Sunday's places close early so keep that in mind for dinner. "

"Room was indeed spotless. Front desk was very helpful. The place is charming. From 1910 to 1940 it was a dorm for Harvard University, and it retains its homey feeling - no fluorescent lights and shopping mall look here! The living room was filled with books, newspapers and magazines, the little breakfast room downstairs was cute with checkered tablecloths, wooden furniture and excellent food."

"Check in was easy, the staff was friendly and professional. The rest needs improvement! Room carpet was stained. The room smelled of smoke. The towel was stained. Some electrical outlets didn’t work. I waited 20 minutes for the shared bathroom. 6 or more rooms to one bathroom. Paint was peeling, tiles were cracked. For the price, I would expect better, considering that I had to share a bathroom. "

"We had a great time at the Verb while visiting Boston. There were a couple of issues with our room when we checked in but we spoke to Carly at the front desk and she took care of everything for us.
