"Delivered our room service breakfast to another room and we were charged for it (more than $50) Food options limited at both restaurants and room service Loud celebrations in lobby with kids (world cup & foosball). Lots of visiting teenage athletes (Harvard etc) and crowds. Expensive for quality now (run down) but good location for walking, Uber to Mass General. Room quiet. Signs of ? Recent flood with big fans in hallway"

"Hospitality when someone arrived with lots og luggage in a cold weather/raining. No one there to assist atleast to open the door. I booked a room on 15 and 16 march and thein on 22 march 2024 which included breafast but was charged separately"

"This hotel was perfect, very clean and the staff where exemplary and very helpful. Great transport links to the city of Boston. Very close to shops, eateries. There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel, restraunt and bar, and beautiful seating area to sit after a long day exploring. 10/10"
