"Didn't go to the bar, we did have breakfast which in my opinion wasnt worth the money, it taste old & awful. The staff were extremely pleasant from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the valet. Beautiful place. Clean. Quiet. No mini fridges so prepare for that. Room was spacious with a beautiful view. "

"The staff were so friendly & helpful, a real credit to the hotel. Room amenities were very good, not too much road noise from outside. Great location, 5 mins to the subway, walkable to many places. We found the beds a bit lumpy, could feel the springs & overall the rooms felt dated. I’m not sure underneath the bath mats in the bath had been cleaned in a long time. Could do with a deep clean, like edges of carpet etc. "

"Nice staff but very outdated hotel, especially the bathrooms. Very dusty rooms with rust by the bathroom door and curtains detached. Good downtown location. However, I would not have been able to sleep without ear plugs. VERY NOISY. I did like the 24 hr coffee/ tea available. And the water dispenser on every floor. "

"The location of the hotel is the BEST! So convenient and close to many things. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Enjoyed using the Gym, very clean and great vibe. Just the staff(server and the front person) at the restaurant were not really friendly or helpful. It could be better if they at least smile and are friendly."
