"Nice hotel at an excellent price. The breakfast is lackluster and very carb heavy; more fruit in addition to bananas would be nice. An egg option without meat would also bolster my review in this regard. The towels at the pool area are not replenished frequently enough and there is no air conditioning in the fitness center! Despite my criticisms, the place is very good, the staff friendly and responsive, and location at the north end of OC a real asset as it is somewhat away from the hubbub of further down the island. Oh, and free parking is a BIG asset"

"Pros are the location, parking and beach access. Everything else is lacking. Rooms are dated and not well cleaned. Beds were fine, but soft, rooms were spacious but again the cleanliness was just lacking. We would not stay here again."

"Princess Royal is a very good hotel; we have been going there for several years. My wife loves the memory foam beds, we love the atrium and the outside dinning and sitting area as there is most always live music. We love the proximity to the beach and there is plenty of parking"

"Everything was good But your Toilets are Too Low Please invest in Raised Toilets I have been coming to your Hotel for over 25 Years. I use to have Bus Loads of People and Blocking at least 25 Rooms. Therefore I see a Lot of Improvements to your Hotel and I plan to come back in 2027"
