"We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and in an excellent location. The kitchen and living area were both well-equipped and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One small suggestion for improvement: the laundry took quite a while to complete a cycle, so providing a few additional instructions for using the washer and dryer would be helpful for future guests."

"My room was quite ready when I got there as they where redecorating my room. Wasn't a problem for me as just needed to put my bags somewhere as had plans elsewhere to go to. However, staff went beyond expectations. Attempted to change my room but wasn't able to. Instead, gave me a free drink, some candied apples & a free breakfast for my troubles. Room was massive and full of stunning decor. Really good attention to detail. Plenty of bottled waters, teas, coffees and biscuits. I enjoyed a really relaxing bath and shower whilst staying over. Comfy bed, super spacious. Swimming and gym facilities where amazing, a good variety for each. Breakfast was delicious with a selection of cooked meats, eggs, pasties, breads, cereals, fruits, homemade juices, coffee/tea & cheeses. Highly recommend, could not fault and would book again in the future."

"4**** Overall an excellent stay, clean & tidy, with helpful staff throughout all areas. Easy to find from the M6, the staff were lovely, very helpful - especially when they saw that we were oap's, and I am a wheelchair user - nothing was too too much for them. The room was very clean and smelled it, with a light, fresh, fragrance that lasted throughout the night until we checked out the following morning. However, the fragrance wasn't cloying nor was it overwhelming. The service onsite were very good. Friendly staff, good range of food outlets to suit most choices, and tables were clean and cleared immediately after they were vacated. Parking was excellent, lots of spaces, a number of accessible disabled bays with adequate room to get my wheelchair out, and for my 81 year old husband to swing his legs round to comfortably get his legs out of the car, The outside did look a little tired and in need of some tlc in some areas, hence the one star off of my review."
