"Great stay friendly staff would highly recommend"

"The Leonardo EMA is a well placed hotel, however we found the decor and general demeanour of the hotel to be very tired. No lifts that we could see. Our room was nice enough, but had only been superficially cleaned. The mirror had not been cleaned. Bed was very comfy though. Bathroom showed signs of wear with the odd little bit of black mould and other areas that could have been better scrubbed. I found a rusty screw by the base of the toilet. "The property is very modern, wellmaintained and the staff are helpful. It is in a convenient location close to the train station and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the town centre. There is also a bus service from the train station. The area is quiet. There is a good buffet breakfast."

"Stayed for 3 nights, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was air conditioning, the accommodation is in a lodge, separate from the pub,we didn’t have breakfast, we had one evening meal at the pub, which was ok, although rather expensive for ordinary pub grub."

"Our three person room with a double bed and single was a nice size for three people to share. Room was clean and the night staff were most helpful with directions and recommendations for parking. Day staff were nice and pleasant to speak to but when it came to actioning our request for an additional towel at 9am, as the room only had two, it was only given at 11pm by the night staff who had just found the note. Breakfast was standard."
