"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked great! We had breakfast in the restaurant, it was delicious. Our waitress was funny and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay. Only complaint would be that we did not have a refrigerator in our room and the ice bucket was too small LoL will definitely stay again."

"It’s a beautiful hotel—well-presented, clean, and overall lovely. However, the staff experience was disappointing. We arrived for check-in after 4 PM (around 4:30), and our room wasn’t ready. We had an event at 6 PM and needed to prepare, yet we waited 20 to 30 minutes. While they offered two complimentary drinks, I would have preferred timely access to the room.
Additionally, they charge around $45–$50 for an “urban experience” that includes a house car service. When I requested the house car...
