Atrium Hotel Heathrow

Atrium Hotel Heathrow

10/10 Excellent
"Brilliant hotel. I don’t understand all the bad reviews. I’m glad I decided to risk it. The car park is easy to enter & find a space, there are lots of signs directing you to reception. It was a good price by London & airport standards too. The lifts are aplenty & quick. The reception & pool team were very friendly, helpful & efficient. My only 2 suggestions are to have a costume spinner/dryer in the changing rooms as it wasn’t easy to get ours dry before our flight. The changing benches are in a stupid place too, they’re right around under the lockers, I had to move 3x whilst changing to allow access to someone’s locker. We didn’t eat there so I can’t review that. Comfy beds although ours were arranged as 2 singles & the mattresses moved off the beds easily. Great shower. Heated towel rail was very much needed for our swimsuits. It was a bit noisy at times but the hotel can’t be held responsible for some people getting excited & running down corridors. I would definitely stay here again."

"Check in was poorly laid out and managed, having used a range of airport hotels I was expecting premium for the price but it was disappointing value. Dinner was rushed and impersonal."

"Great location. London was alive on a Friday night. Good security at the door. Cocoon concept was good for us but better air flow/ cooling would help. Was set for 19C but it was much warmer than that. Our room was at the end of hallway so flow may have been restricted. Late night shower, had an early flight home and the hot water was only warm - not hot. For the ££££ they charged, you expect all the comforts to be working at 100%."

"It needs to be understood that this is a budget accommodation. We are very satisfied with what we received for the price we paid. Staff were very friendly and wanted guests to have a great experience. Thanks for always asking us how our trip was going! To further improve I would suggest some more options on the complimentary breakfast, and a cooked vegetarian option!"
