The room was so tiny could barely walk around it. The bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen. Overall even smaller than rooms in Japan. Has a great sitting room next to the foyer but no fire, no service and no F&B. I think they had a bar that opened at 3 but that wasn’t much use to us. Also had a problem at check in so wasn’t impressed

Unfortunately my partner and I were very disappointed in this hotel. If we were not so tired after an 11 hr flight we would've changed the hotel. The hotel is positioning themselves as a 4 star hotel - it is not! It is false advertising! I don't even think it can get 3 stars The rooms are very old and have not been remodeled which looks since the hotel opened. The first room we got smelled so bad (as if you were in a basement) we had to ask to change the room. We were stunned when we were told this was already an upgraded room (I'm sorry, if we did not get this "upgraded room" we would've slept in a tent outside??). But the receptionist found us another "upgraded room". It was better than the first one, but still very very old. We did not feel comfortable taking off our shoes as the carpet was very old. There were screws that were coming out of the floor that caught my shoe - what if it was my foot??. The tiles on the bathroom floor was broken, there were dead bugs next to the window, the bathroom did not have the shower curtain, but a tiny glass shield that did absolutely nothing. Anytime you would take a shower the whole bathroom floor was flooded. The bed was uncomfortable, which did not even look like a real bed, it looked like a sofa connected with an ottoman - very strange construction. The breakfast was not included, but we paid for it the first day - it was okay, something you would get in a 3 star hotel for free. I don't know how and why this hotel is in business.

Close to 2 tubes and shops. Room was small, especially the bathroom. They put 2 beds together with one comforter that barely covered the beds . The entrance was beautiful.
