Clean and spacious apartment, ideal for a couple with a child / teenager. Perfect for a couple spending a few nights to a week or more in London. Close to the museums, 3 minutes to Gloucester Road turn, and plenty of restaurant options on the doorstep. Waitrose beside G-Rd station is also really convenient.

This is a great apartment with awesome facilities. Everything is really comfortable and things like a washing machine and dryer are great when you are travelling. Very conveniently located with the tube within a few minutes walk. Would absolutely recommend.

Great apartment very centrally located and possibly even more importantly within a couple of minutes of Gloucester road, in a very safe neighborhood. Staff are receptive to requests and helped out well Apartment itself is spacious and ideal for 4 people. The main area is air conditioned, the bedroom isn't. It was sweltering one night in the bedroom even with the window open and air con on in the main room. The property is well presented, newly decorated and had a very clean well maintained bathroom I'd definitely return here

This was the perfect home base for our short girls trip to London. We had space, a clean bathroom, a spacious living room area with a sofa bed, and a kitchen with dishwasher and laundry. The electrical outlets were available almost everywhere we wanted - as two girls travelling together, an outlet in the bathroom would have been helpful. The staff brought our luggage up to our room because we arrived before check in time and then left our luggage to go explore a bit. The elevator was small, but functional. It might be a right squeeze with large suitcases. The style of the unit was clean and modern. The absolute best thing was the location. We used the Tube (underground/subway train) daily and we were right at Gloucester station, which was also a good starting point for the local buses and the hop on hop off bus. The only real issue we had was that the extra bedding for the sofa bed was quite high up in the closet, and we could not reach the extra pillows. Everything else was a dream.

During my three-day stay, the hot water heater failed to work. Despite multiple attempts to fix it, no one was able to resolve the issue. Additionally, the dryer in the apartment was also malfunctioning. When we attempted to use the dryer after washing clothes in the washer, we complained about its non-functioning state. However, the maintenance team responded by stating that the dryer was currently out of service.

There’s a serious heating or ventilation problem in this apartment. The bedroom and bathroom were unbearably hot and stuffy throughout the entire stay, even when the weather outside got cold. The AC in the living room doesn’t allow you to properly control the temperature or fan - it just blasts cold air into the living room while the bedroom stays hot. The only way to get oxygen into the bedroom was to keep the window open, but once the weather got cold, freezing air blowing on me all night caused painful muscle stiffness and spasms in my neck and back. There’s also a construction site directly across the street, so having to keep the windows open made the noise problem much worse. I contacted management repeatedly and was told every day that they would “send someone to fix it,” but nobody ever came and the issue was never resolved. The apartment is also extremely tiny, and they don’t provide basic necessities like soap, toilet paper, or even salt and pepper. It looks clean at first glance, but the cleaning is very superficial, and a closer look reveals that it’s actually quite dirty. The only real positive was the location.
