I am a big fan of the Como Metropolitan, however, this time round, I noticed a few niggles that would have made a difference. The bed was not as comfortable as it usually is - the mattress may need changing. Certain aspects around the quality of the food at the breakfast is questionable. At checkout, I was given the option to receive a statement of account in hard copy or by email. When I went to retrieve my luggage later and asked the same person who checked me out in the morning, I was fed the feeble excuse that the email takes time as the minibar needs checking. So what would be the difference if a printout was obtained in the morning? 12 hours later, the email has yet to turn up. Somewhat disappointed!
