The Room was a little small but sufficient for what we needed. We liked that it included a fridge, sink & microwave/oven. However the microwave was under the sink and so low we had to lay on the ground to operate the settings. We loved that it had air conditioning as we had some warm days. The staff was friendly and responsive. The location was great for us as we have relatives living about a 30 minute walk away. Also the Croydon shopping center was a short bus ride or about 35 minute walk.

I came back

My second time visiting this hotel in less than a year. Even though the area is not particularly nice, and it takes a lot of time to get to central places in London, I still choose this hotel every time due to it's cleanliness and excellent service. We had some issues with the cab company recommended by the staff at the reception (they just had the card lying and suggested we try them out for airport transport. The company was really bad and we almost missed our flight), and the staff at the best western croydon apartment hotel apologised for THEIR behaviour even though it had nothing to do with them. That shows once again how amazingly serviceminded they are! What really blows me away is how clean the rooms are, how well maintained they are. The area does unfortunately drag things down a notch or two, but I would still come back again

Stayed here for 2 nights, the room was very nice and modern. Only issue was that the boiler was broken so we had no hot water for the shower and the shower head was cut and rusted which then cut my partners finger.

Good quality budget hotel in Croydon

A no nonsense budget hotel with some very good features including the service, breakfast and parking arrangements. Convenient for football at Crystal Palace. Some distance from central London but good transport links.

Easy Access to Central London by public transportation. I was a pro at making my way around after the second day. Stayed on the first floor and never had any complaints about noise. The kitchenet with microwave was a benefit. Could not figure out how to turn up the heat, but i also did not ask. Staff was very polite especially when my travel charger adapter would not work, they lent me their ass adapter. I traveled alone but felt very safe as the bus stop is directly up the street.

Nice hotel.

Overall, my stay was nice. The hotel is nicely decorated, with RAF themed rooms, plenty of facilities within the room too, e.g. large fridge, cutlery etc. The car park is underground, I would suggest going down the slope very carefully as it's quite steep! The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of Deliveroo options, which is great as there aren't many places nearby. There is an M&S in the hospital opposite, but it's quite small, and a Costa.

Godt hotel, men ikke noget i området.7

Hotellet er fint. God seng og køkken faciliteter er et plus.Ligesom mange hoteller i London, vinduerne kan ikke åbnes. Det er dårligt når man trænger til lidt frisk luft i værelset. I området er der ikke noget kun nogle afrikanske/indiske butikker. Man skal tage en bus eller gå ca 20 minutter for at komme til "byen". Der er West Croydon, men det betaler sig at køre videre med bus til East Croydon og derfra tager det hurtige tog til Victoria Station på 15 minutter , hvis man vil tage til London Centrum.
