"Beautiful view of the Tower Bridge. The hotel is being renovated, a mix of old and new. My only complaint would be a little mold in the shower. Besides that very worth the price. Great location for site seeing."

"We had no towels be day when we returned to our room, the were brought promptly when asked for them. We also had no hand soap for two days prior to our check out. Everything else was wonderful!"
