The hotel staff was so sweet and always helpful with everything, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was great as well, with a good variety of options to start the day. Other than the fact that there is no cafe on the property, and that the hotel itself was a massive factory (which means, among other things, a certain sterility now), this is a fine choice for visitors to Lodz. It's perhaps too fancy for a place like Lodz, but at least all pieces are where they belong (other than the cafe -- you need to go to the adjacent mall)

Fantastic stay

I love returning to Andel's because of its architectural design and the location. I love that you can get decent breakfast and coffee. The pool was never busy and the view from the top was lovely.
