"Found this hotel to be very disappointing. Upon arriving, there was a bell along with a notice that they were away assisting another guest and would return shortly. As we waited, the front desk attendant walked out of the back room, having been there the entire time.
I reserved a room with 2 beds. We found the room quite stuffy and had an obnoxious odor that didn't improve with turning on the air. I headed down to see if they had anything to combat the odor. Stepping into the elevator,...

" Checked into our room to find only half the water actually working. Brought that to the attention of the front desk, and they promised to look into it in the next few minutes and get back to me. 15 minutes later I went to the front desk in person to find that the front desk person I was speaking to had left for the day. Obviously, I was a little bit an Obviously, I was a little bit annoyed. Front desk person number 2 didn’t like that I was annoyed and thought I was blaming her for the problem....
