We were woken up at 8 every morning by people working in the hallway and outside the door. Drilling and hammering were not the best wake-up call. We didn’t have anyone come into the room to clean or replace towels at all until the last day, after we complained, and even then they left dirty dishes and we had to ask for towels at the front seat. "Initially had an issue with my first room being too noisy and no hot water. Staff immediately changed me to another wing and all was well. There were issues as well with noisy guests that the staff addressed right away. Room was quite large. Everything was very clean. Restaurant in hotel only open till 2:00 in the afternoon but there’s a sports bar there as well where you can order food till late. "no staff to acknowledge my arrival, staff that was there did turn 'till I found the doorbell and rang it then said he didn't work this desk but did call someone to get me booked in. Room: carpet looked new/freshly cleaned, bed was very good. While washroom was dated the condition for the tub was appalling by NOT being clean! Walls had splatters of God only knows what. Check out: had to ring bell, and waited again until someone come in from being outside. Slow to get service but staff efficient...
