The staff was incredibly helpful, particularly Marzi, when checking in. After a long drive it's very much appreciated to be met with someone that cares about your experience. I would highly recommend staying with Canad Inns, as the rooms are very clean and quiet. You will be privledged if you are able to deal with Marzi.

Although the stay at the Windsor Park was regular for a CanadInn, there was a power outage from midnight beyond checkout due to storm. We were not even offered a voucher for next stay, or anything.

Room was clean but we had a problem with dirty water coming from bathroom sink. Front desk compted about $20 for the issue which was appreciated. We enjoyed the pool, water slide (good fun) and fitness room. I'd say we liked the slide the most. But staff were exceptionally friendly- restaurant, Front desk and cleaning staff. Our room was near the pool and it was humid throughout our stay.

Rooms were standard but looked like they were recently redone. They were very clean beds are comfortable the only side note, there weren’t any charge stations on the side table so bring a charger to charge your phone. Otherwise excellent !

They didn’t honour the reservation (two beds) despite booking a month in advance. Waited half an hour for check in on a Friday night with only one person on the desk. Walked a mile to the room. Heard the music from the casino or the lounge till the wee hours of the morning. Positives: allows pets and the kids liked the slide. The staff is very friendly as well.
