"In the heart of everything we wanted to do. 3 min walk to hop on hop off bus, 15 minutes walk to Basilica, lots of shopping near by and good restaurants. Staff are exceptional and rooftop is spectacular but pool was too cold to go into."

"In fairness, we were not in our rooms much. The morning breakfast buffet was good. Fresh orange juice was excellent! The restaurant does not open until 7:30 pm which is great for European time, but we wanted to eat earlier and explored the city. The room was a little dated and crowded, safe hard to reach without kneeling, towels were somewhat worn, had to ask for body wash to be refilled, The staff was extremely helpful and competent. I liked the location of the hotel and would stay there...

"We booked this property because it had a pool but the day before check in they let us know that the pool was not available but that we could use the pool at other properties, one of which was 30 mins away. I asked if they could move the booking to these other locations but they did not have availability. I feel a discount should be offered in this instance, without a car in a foreign city it’s not convenient to travel to another location for the pool. I will also say that it should be noted...

"Our Junior Suite was well laid out, clean and everything worked….except WiFi in the room is below average and occasionally not working well or dropped. This seems to be a H10 issue as we had a similar issue in other cities. Pillows were not good, even though they provided 3 per person. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Check-in was delayed as our room was not ready till an hour after normal time. All in all a good 4 nights in Barcelona."

"Do not stay at this property. There is no disclosure that most taxis cannot get to the hotel due to the massive construction project nearby. We were dropped off half a mile a way and had to drag our bags down old streets and try to figure out where the property was. THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR PROPERTY AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY. This was apparent as soon as we checked in. When we got to the room, it was dirty, there were stains on the furniture and blankets, the bedding and pillows were 3 star level,...

"Overall good boutique hotel right in the center of literally everything! Small room, there is no rooftop lounge for guests unless you’re booking the room with deck so don’t trust the photos."

"Peres, Adam, Alfredo and Kevin were so nice and welcoming as were the other staff members. The location were perfect and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The rooms were spotless and quiet. The room darkening shades were perfect. We did not have the buffet, but I’m sure it was excellent. The water pressure was very good and the toiletries were quite nice. I liked the sliding door separating the bedroom from the washroom area. "

"We loved our stay here! Room 18 was spacious and even had an upstairs loft with sitting area and tv. Staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful with local tips and arranging a taxi to the airport. Great location also with lots of close places to see and eat/snack/drink."
