"My daughter and I absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Lochead Chalet. It's in a wonderful spot right on the loch side, and oh my it is so very peaceful! The chalet itself was a perfect size for we two adults and our little dogs and we found it very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. Karlina in the Ellary estate office was lovely too. A beautiful location for a holiday and a charming place to stay - highly recommended. "

"We stayed for three nights as a family with a young baby. The apartment had everything we could have possibly needed, and nothing was too much trouble during our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, spacious and had the most incredible views where we could sit and watch the ferry. We definitely hope to stay again!"

"This is the worst place I have ever had the misfortune to stay. On arrival I could see that the building exterior was very tired. The decking was past its best and the key box was broken and the smell was dreadful as I opened the door. "We had a wonderful 3 night stay, the studio apartment, dog friendly was perfect for us. Only couple of tiny maintenance issues. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, they made our stay special. Food was good for breakfast and dinner. Our only disappointment was Tarbert was totally closed! Got the ferry over which was lovely, but not even a cafe open so came back in next ferry. "
