"Room was lovely with a balcony and loch view. Bathroom had been renovated recently and was nice and clean. Shower was nice. Couldn’t find how to turn off the radiator in the bathroom so it was a sauna in there. The bed was a nice firm mattress which was a nice surprise. Dinner was really good. I wanted to tip using the card machine but couldnt due to hotel rules and had no cash on me. Breakfast was fine. Didn’t use the pool etc. Would stay again."

When showed the manager the photos of the state of the room Was told the compact rooms are small that was not the issue it was the filth. I knew the room was going to be small. But expe ted it to be clean "

"Such a lovely place, very clean, great location. The room was actually much nicer than it looks in the photos. Much nicer and bigger. Although the restaurant was closed during our stay, the host provided with small breakfast items and refilled everyday. Will definitely stay again "
