Very spacious room for us which had en-suite facilities, fridge, seating area and tea & coffee facilities too. As for the breakfast…expect a hearty start to the day whether it’s all the trimmings or just porridge. We’d certainly recommend!"

"Perfectly placed for beach access with a pathway through the garden. Gardens are gorgeous and well tended and the view from the bar is superb. "Nice B and B in Inverness. Fraser was helpful and professional. Place was great. We traveled without a car and the place is a 15- 20 min walk from city center and train station. It is a pleasant walk across the Ness river. Just be aware of check in and check out times as it is a small B and B and not a hotel. We are giving the stay a five star review and highly recommend it! The atmosphere inside and outside of the house is like out of a fairytale where nature and wildlife are in harmony with the house.
