"The hotel is being upgraded so I'm cutting them some slack as they tried their best. Our room, beds were good bathroom was very dated with broken tiles. No hot water at the sink even after running the water for a few mins. No closet rod to hang anything. Owner was very friendly and approachable. No food or beverages on site but Spar is a minute walk away. Cheap alcohol and decent selection of food. No hair dryer and very poor reception on their wifi due to the building's thick walls. He's incredibly knowledgeable about a variety of topics. He's also a tremendous cook and has a great sense of humor. And the view of Ben Nevis right out the window is to die for. We slept very well in the super comfortable bed and woke to the sound of chirping birds."

"Everything was absolutely perfect and cannot fault anything. Natalie , the host , was so kind , professional and friendly and could not do enough to help our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends without hesitation. The place is well decorated and spotlessly clean.
