"We had a beautiful and efficient room for two. The bed was over the kitchen and the suite was south facing over South Bridge street. Excellent location only minutes from the Royal Mile and great restos and pubs. The only down side is its not cheap!"

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The views were lovely and it is in such a great location to get to everything. All of the staff we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. "

"What a peaceful stay! Princes street suites was a relaxing place to go, even in the busy atmosphere! Adjacent to literally everything. 5 minute walk from new town, 5 minutes to old town and the royal mile, 15 minute walk to the Holyrood Palace and Arthur’s seat, adjacent to parks, restaurants, and 3 minutes away walking from an incredible monument on a hill. A bus stop is right outside the door too! "

It is a beautiful historic building on the outside, but the room desperately needs updating, i.e. curtains, carpet, kitchen, furniture, etc. The weather was warm when we were there and it was suffocating inside, especially since the window didn’t open."

We were attending the Royal Highland Show and the location couldn’t have been more convenient – just perfect for easy access to both the showgrounds and the city. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back again. "
