"Clean Room, Friendly Staff willing to go the extra mile. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options. Gym was a bit lacking, but you can make it work. Nice area with a mall across the street with plenty of shops and great restaurants."

"My flights had been cancelled and delayed from Temuco and this was such a relief to finally get into a nice big bed. I also had a good late dinner before bed. Only gripe - 10:00 am checkout!! But they extended it without any fuss."
