"Our stay was perfect all the way from the initial, warm greeting from Pattra, to the wonderful room, a lovely Thai dinner and, then, a peaceful night’s sleep and an excellent breakfast. "I found the staff very friendly and helpful. On my first night the weather was awful and sadly the room had a few leaks. I informed the staff the next morning to make them aware. Water damage is not good. They immediately asked if my suitcase was ok and asked if I needed anything drying. They then proceeded to move me to a lovely big room, which was lovely and very spacious 😀"

"Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! "Super hotel in middle of Dolgellau. Efficiently run by courteous friendly professional staff. We did not eat there but wish we had! Everything as it should be in a good hotel.
