"Yr Hen Farcdy is wonderful accommodation in a beautiful setting, close to Snowdonia and all the special areas of north Wales. The rooms are comfortable, attractive and private, and the hosts Mike and Sue could not be more hepful. The breakfasts are delicious with a great range of options. We loved our 6 nights there and highly recommend it as a base fir exploring the region, or a spot for just chilling out."

"Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! Excellent touch! Some nice walks nearby weather your a novice or a professional hiker something for everyone! Will definitely stay again! Would not recommend property for families due to staircase property just seems tired and needs attention . It did have a damp smell "

"Lovely Property, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Excellent location. The missed point would be the TV, we could not get it to connect to the internet and stream anything. The DVD player was missing the remote control so we couldn’t use that either, we even tried to get an Ethernet cable from the shop but couldn’t. There was a football game the fans wanted to watch one evening. The hosts could do with upgrading to a TV with streaming or ensuring it works. The TV didn’t really effect...

"Poor mattresses, one single power point in twin bedroom , sleeps 4 but only 3 drinking mugs & 3 forks, no kitchen knives, no outdoor furniture even though a notice told you to store it, no where to hang wet towels etc, light switch in double bedroom behind door, loose shower bracket, difficult shower controls, advertised patio is inaccurate, it is merely the shared walkway for the estate. The location is wonderful. Overall not worth the price. "
