"The hotel duplicated the room charge - i paid for my staff through expedia and yet on arrival i was charged again. I discovered the duplicate and wrote to the hotel on 26th April. its now 30th April and i have not even gotten any acknowledgement. Totally unacceptable service."

I had a very intense 90 minute deep tissue massage, and the other spa facilities were nice as well. I also did a kayak excursion, which was very well organized. Overall, a five-star stay - I just wish I stayed longer "

Oh..the room key cards did not work and I’ve had to make multiple treks to the front desk to get it reset. This is a known issue and disappointed that the hotel is not addressing this problem now. "
