"The general cleanliness and condition of this hotel was poor. The floor of the room was sloping and was quite dissorientating when walking into the bathroom. In the bathroom, the shower curtain was stained and looked unclean. The wastebin looked very poor with a rusted lid. Bathroom floor not very clean and the grouting was missing from the corners of the bath. The paint was peeling of the inside of the windowsill. "We found 7 Bell Street perfect and as good as the photos. Very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds, and seating. Plenty of books magazines, information leaflets. Kitchen essentials Fresh milk marmalade and much more. Our hosts very helpful and welcoming. "

The rooms and areas were a bit tired looking and worn, for example the towels were scraggy, there was no where to hang a towel in the bathroom, the lock on the bathroom door was dodgy, but the hotel staff in all areas from reception to the spa and the bistro were extremely friendly and professional.
