"We had to change rooms to a smaller cheaper room as the one we were given had a shower which wouldnโt turn off and was leaking. Whilst it was good they could move us we were not offered any kind of recompense for us having to move to a smaller cheaper room, after we had paid extra for the one we booked! Even a free drink or breakfast would have been accepted but nothing โฆ. Which was a shame!"

"Great location, lovely place too. Super helpful staff with us turning up late in the night. Lovely breakfast the next morning too. The place needs some cosmetic work, but itโs clear theyโre working hard to get this done"

"Nice hotel, beautiful location. Our room was clean although there were stains on the carpet which could have been taken care of. I would not advise eating there, breakfast wasn't great. Also the dining area floor was very dirty, lots of dog hair. There is a robot vacuum under one of the charis but it looks like it hasn't been used in a long time, has quite a thick layer of dust on it. Staff were okay, not very friendly"
