Popular with locals so had a nice atmosphere, but by 10.30pm the crowds had gone and we had a quiet night's rest. Ideal for Wales Coast path walkers."

"It's a very old house and because of that, heating was sparse (I was cold the entire time). Lots of character with peacocks, pigs, and geese. The first night, the internet was just fine. But by the next morning it wasn't working for the next 16 hours. I don't use it for work, so that wasn't so much of a problem. The host is charming but I couldn't reach her by phone. So if you're understanding about certain things, you'll enjoy this property."

"The people who run this B&B went out of their way to make me feel welcome and to make sure I had everything I needed. Room was basic but clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was not ensuite, but was assigned just to me and was across the landing. Two lovely, small dogs greeted me on my arrival: if you are afraid of dogs, this may be an issue. Things to improve? "Helen & Matt are first class hosts and The Mill offers a peaceful, relaxed break in beautiful surroundings. As many others have said, breakfast is of hotel quality and freshly cooked to order. For our evening meals we took an easy 11 mile drive to Llandeilo where there were several options. Visiting National Botanic Gardens was easy (once we used a map and ignored SatNag!) and that's an excellent day trip. We rarely visit the same place twice, however, we wouldn't hesitate to return to The Mill...

"Lovely location, with a restaurant and a pub within walking distance, and a 24 hour laundrette at the service station just down the road. The room was very comfortable and the facilities included a kitchen, a dining area with a lovely view, and lounge with a large TV. The owners were friendly, helpful and gave good information on things to see and do."

Room 4 was a goid size but the tv remore was missing and the shower wasnt very warm but very peaceful and bed really comfy ..host was lovely and we had a lovely cooked breakfast so overall i think it was worth the money and we will come again..great place for exlploring..."
