"We had a truly lovely stay at The Marlborough Hotel, made even more special by its dog-friendly policy which meant our cavapoo could join us on the trip — a huge plus for pet owners! The room had everything we needed and very clean. We had a lovely room with a bay window and two large chairs overlooking the pier. The hospitality was second to none — staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay, which made us feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was a highlight:...

"Everything about the hotel was excellent; particularly the friendly and efficient staff. BUT wouldn't go again, sadly, because of the lack of parking which, accepted is not the Hotel's fault. Only solution we could think of is some form of valet parking."

"It was approx 15 mins walk to the main town of Llandudno, was clean and tidy and had a big bathroom, our room had a bathroom on a lower level so had to go down a few stairs. Unsure if other rooms had more accessable bathrooms but worth asking if your not very mobile. Lovely breakfast but asked for it for 8am and got there at 8 but a bit slow on the service and received breakfast at 8:50. All in all a very nice stay with friendly staff and clean and well presented rooms."

"Very comfortable hotel . My only concern was I was on the top floor and there was no lift. If I were to stay again I would request the lower floors. The owners were very friendly and the over all stay was comfortable. "

"I couldn’t fault this hotel, we was only there 1 night but it was perfect for us, we had top floor room with good views it’s a short walk to the pier and local Main Street with all the restaurants and bars so I’ve no complaints and the breakfast had plenty of choices and the full English hit the spot after a day and night on the beer :-) "

"Quick easy check in. Good location. Room was clean and had everything we needed, towels, hairdryer, shower gels, shampoo etc. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was included in our stay which was a continental and then the friendly staff take your order for any cooked items. "
