"For the price, it's was great. Exactly what I needed for 1 night. No complaints. Very easy check in, they email the door code in advance, and give all the details of getting the key. the key collection box was very cool! The room was clean, bedding and linen provided. "Booked because of the hotel shuttle to the airport and didn't read the fine print that the shuttle has to be booked 48 hours prior. When I tried to call the hotel from the airport I could never get the English translation although I kept pressing the correct number for it. Wound up taking a taxi to the hotel and was able to book the shuttle for the morning. Everything else was perfect, clean, modern. I appreciated the toiletries in the bathroom, as we found they are not readily available in other hotels in Denmark."

"One of THEE worst hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. On my deathbed they'll ask me my greatest regret and I'll say staying a night at The Best Western Plus in Copenhagen, Denmark. There was no climate control in room. I could not cool it down if I wanted to. There was no refrigerator in the room which I NEEDED to keep my insulin cool I had to keep getting ice from the front desk staff. There were like 23 TV channels all in Dutch which I could not speak. Two of the lamp light bulbs were burned out. There was a shoe box size closet to put things away. The mattress was really thin sitting on a springy box mattress. The hotel was no where near any bar/nightlife. I will say the food in the restaurant was very good but there was no free breakfast for paying guests. My advice anyone looking to stay in Copenhagen avoid this hotel like a case of the Clap."
