"Room had mold and the door to the balcony didn't close correctly or lock. Went to the pool, it was overcrowded within 10 mins a fight broke out no staff showed up. Several other patrons stepped in to help break it up. The fight restarted in the lobby area outside the pool area and that is when staff showed up, cops were called. I asked to speak to a manager and there was no manager available. Hard to understand why even a duty manager wasn't available. Didn't stay for breakfast. "

"Just stayed overnight. Later check in room was what I had reserved. Television went out at 10 pm. Woke in morning packed showered and left. Everything went smooth other than the television. There was a cracked tile in the shower. "

"This hotel markets a unique boutique experience, but the stay did not live up to the price. Despite arriving after check-in time, the room was not ready and an alternative room type was provided without acknowledgment or adjustment. The room itself had an unpleasant odor and felt poorly designed, especially the bathroom setup (mildew on the bottle for body wash and no fan in the bathroom to get rid of moisture) Temperature control was a major issue, with the room remaining uncomfortably warm and no functional air conditioning overnight. I was told to turn it off and open the window to cool it down. Staff response to the issue was minimal and did not reflect the level of service expected at this price point. I asked to be moved but was told they were at capacity and was offered nothing in return for my displeasure with this outcome. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and disappointing given the cost and branding. I had friends that were so interested in doing a weekend here but I’m embarrassed to say I stayed there and would have even recommend it."

"Rooms were exactly as advertised. High ceilings and tastefully styled. While the room is a touch small, it was al that was needed and the bathroom was a good size. Each staff member was super friendly and the breakfast cafe was great to have down stairs. Later in the day the cocktail lounge was really nice and was very vibrant. Finally location was perfect for enjoying down town and sports games. Highly recommend! "
