"This was out 4th visit to the Victoria Falls Waterfront. The welcome is always exceptional - warm and friendly. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The pools are clean and inviting. The bar and food are run to a very high standard. I understand that the lodge is owned by the company which provides safaris and other activities in the area so booking these is easy. We have now done a walking safari 4 times and see and learn new things each time. Cannot recomend this place enough."

"一人旅で利用。ビクトリアの滝へ一番近く、無料で入園できるので選びました。滝へは3回も行き、滝の飛沫でびしょびしょになってもホテルに帰ってシャワーや着替えもできてとても便利でした。 スタッフの方々もとてもフレンドリーで、お出迎えや日本語で『こんにちは』と言ってくれたのも嬉しかったです。朝食のビュッフェも豪華で美味しかった！敷地内にはインパラやシマウマ、サルもいて、キリンにも出会えました。中庭での夜のコンサートも良いムードでした。ルナレインボーの見られる日にまた泊まってみたいです。 ホテルによる空港の送迎が現地の相場に比べるとだいぶ割高な印象なのと、ホテルとは関係ないとは思いますが、滝への裏口を出ると観光客狙いで色々とツアーやガイドの勧誘に声をかけてくる人たちがいるので注意です。"

"Large well maintained grounds. Reception Staff was very attentive. Joseph was especially kind and helpful. Room was small but offered great views Ann was comfortable for two. Lee, dining room host was wonderful. Shuttle service was a bonus to get to and from various locations. Victor from Heritage booked several activities and cabs for us. He was always available to assist. On-site dining was excellent with breakfast buffet included with our booking level. Highly recommend this place. "

"Excellent stay, wish I could have stayed longer. All the staff were very super friendly and I enjoyed all the activities included. The rooms were special, really enjoyed the plunge pool and outdoor shower. The air conditioning worked well and made the sleep comfortable. All the food I had was tasty and there was really great variety. You won’t regret your stay here! "
